Dr Upma Shah

Dr Upma Shah is our principal GP and provides general medical services. She has a special interest in dermatology and diabetes. She is board member for Kingsbury and Willesden Healthcare Ltd, a network of 25 practices. She has made links with other local practices and leads the clinical staff, peer review and other meetings. She is the registered manager for the practice for CQC. She joined as a partner in September 2009.

Dr M Haidar

Dr. Haidar specialises in diabetes management, dermatology, and medicine management. He is passionate about addressing health inequalities and managing population health, working closely with communities. He believes in holistic patient care. He is Brent Borough Medical Director, Brent Diabetic Lead, Chair of Brent Primary Care Executive, NWL’s Primary Care Lead in Population Health, NWL’s Primary Care Lead in Medicine Management, and Co-chair of Brent Health and Inequality and Health and Wellbeing Board. Dr.Haidar mentors medical students, trainees, and new doctors. He is an FY2 supervisor, PA and clinical pharmacist trainer, and NWL GP appraiser

Dr Mahyar Noursadeghi

MBBS MRCGP MSc PgDip PgCert

Mahyar qualified as a doctor in 2000 from Guy’s and St Thomas’s Medical school. He worked in hospitals across the South-East and London for 5 years before completing his training in General Practice in 2006. He has worked as a GP in Primary Care in London for the last 18 years, 10 of which were as a lead GP in a practice in Brent.

He completed a MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health in 2013 and was awarded a distinction by UCL. He attained a Post Graduate certificate in Teaching the teachers with merit from HEE in 2015 and recently completed a Diploma in Obesity and Weight Management in 2023 and was awarded a distinction by the University of South Wales. He has a passion for education and training, musculoskeletal medicine, weight management and service development. He is education and training lead for the network and has an active role in improving primary care services in the community. Mahyar also speaks Farsi.

Dr Ajit Shah has been working in Brent for a number of years, previously principle GP at primary care medical centre. Primary care medical centre merged with Kingsbury Health & Wellbeing in 2015. Dr Ajit Shah has a special interest in elderly care and cardiology. He has helped to shape services in Brent and continues to support Brent wide delivery of services such as care homes team.
